The Boss, Rio and Aki is super helpful and accommodating. Room was so comfortable and spacious. Love the toilets with the mini onsen inside. Most importantly, it’s just literally 1min away from the ski slopes. Perfect for skiers. Food around was awesome and convenient. Would highly recommend this place and would want to come back again! 😊

The hospitality was amazing and all staff members where super helpful and friendly, despite us not knowing Japanese super well but the staff always did well to communicate with us, the cafe was super cute and had some really delicious food. The room we stayed in was quite spacious and super comfortable even had a beautiful view from the window every morning! It was also in walking distant to some nice onsens, foot baths and other delicious restaurants! Definitely recommend if you're wanting to stay there in the colder months.

I loved that breakfast was included. Nice surprise. Also, the hotel was in a very convenient location. Having the coin laundry next to my room was an extra bonus.

Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, very nice facilities (4 washing machines, vending machines, included breakfast), easily accessible with public transit and a nice view from our hotel window.

The dinner exceeded expectations - about 9 courses that provided a good variety of Japanese cuisine, from fresh seafood to local beef varieties. The property itself also provided so many options to relax, including reading areas and on-site onsens.
