A great budget-friendly hostel with private spaces, excellent facilities, stylish decor, and impeccable cleanliness! The staff here are wonderful too. During my first booking, there was a minor hiccup—I arrived late at night, and due to a system glitch, even though I had booked online, no rooms were available. The front desk staff proactively arranged a free stay at another hostel for me and even covered the taxi fare to get me there.

Love the modern design with comfortable bed. The room is equip with all the basics, really appreciate the loose tea leaves provided. Makes the stay very special. Natalay was our superhero ! She was super supportive when a cab driver took our money. She informed security at exit, and we went after the cab on a hotel golf cart to recover from the driver. This was an extraordinary and impressive act the way she cared for their hotel guests. We have travelled 84 countries so far and have not seen this kind of commitment by any hotel staff !

The location was breathtaking the view of mountains and snow fall was extremely amazing. The staff are very polite as there were stair to reach the room I requested for help and they helped us with open arms. The reception will give you a card with her watsapp number so you have any questions you can text her .. breakfast was in house..we requested for deluxe room with sauna in the room the bathrooms were spacious and living room have massive sofa cum bed with bed sheets and extra towels stored in the closets . Room is equipped with heaters and A/C and bathrooms floors are heated aswel. Room service charge 5000 tengee ( I would suggest call for a taxi and go downstairs there are cafes next to medeu cable car station ) If you are checking out early eg. 6am ( there are not yandex taxi available at the location) WhatsApp the reception and book for a cab, but after 10am you can book for a yandex taxi for airport. They also have a qazaq traditional restaurant at the hotel for a qazaq food experience we tried one night before and it was amazing. The place offers hiking also shymbulak skiing resort. We stayed in city for 5days and also wanted to experience stay in mountains for 2nights believe me its bit pricey but the view heals your inner peace. I would 100% recommend this place.
