The location couldn’t be better, it’s 50m from golden roof in the centre of old town. The building is an annex of the main hotel which is just a few minutes walk away. The breakfast was great and the staff exceptionally friendly. We used the spa which was included, which also has a rooftop jacuzzi. We had the loft studio and it was absolutely beautiful. We loved everything about it.

We were given an upgraded room upon arrival, with a bottle of champagne for welcome. The room was huge, including a bathtub, and very clean. The garden looked very nice, although we did not make use of it due to persistent rain. The hotel is also located very close to the city centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We'll definitely be back if we ever visit Innsbruck again.

The furniture is modern and new, and the rooms are fully equipped with everything you need. The beds were especially relaxing and comfortable. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained. Highly recommend!

Primo hotel di design ad avere aperto le porte e arricchito la città con un gioiello architettonico, il Penz Hotel sorge nel cuore di Innsbruck. Hotel Penz breakfast is an event on its own. I've stayed in quite a number of multi-star hotels in Europe, USA and Asia and I can say only few are on comparable level with their menu and atmosphere. I did enjoy a lot.
