Excellent facilities (big, well-equiped kitchen, plenty of lockers for storage, delicious breakfast, toilet in bedroom). Staff were all friendly and had good knowledge on things to do in the area. They seemed to have good systems in place for check in. Good location situated between the East and West train stations. Highly recommend!

My room was well-maintained and cleaned regularly. The staff were courteous and cooperative throughout my stay. The room was spacious, providing ample space to move around comfortably. The food was of good quality and taste; I particularly enjoyed both the breakfast and dinner options. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable experience.

Modern guestrooms are decorated in light colours with patterned fabrics; all include satellite televisions and balconies and free WiFi. The location is amazing, close to the west station. The staff is really kind and we love the service and cleaning. They allowed us to use their tables outside to have dinner and the hot beverages are really good

A stovetop and kitchenware are also offered, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. At the holiday home, the units include bed linen and towels. The lodge is really nice, equipped with everything you need. Deniz, the host, is absolutely amazing! Very kind, answered all of our questions and was available immediately to help us with everything we needed. The location is perfect, close to center of Interlaken yet in the nature and quiet, with outstanding views!

Would definitely come back here again. Enjoyed it. Grocery nearby too to purchase essentials.
