The hotel is beautiful. Lovely staff. Good location. They give you a bus pass to use during your stay. Bus stop is right outside the hotel. The room we got was big with a seating area...very cosy. The view is amazing! Quiet room and corridors. Modern bathroom. Radiator in the bathroom. The room is not air conditioned, but it wasn't bad..being in July. It was 19C outside. Breakfast room is beautiful! Breakfast buffet was continental with scrambled eggs..and bacon. Parking available in a garage under the hotel...upto 2.3m. You have to check-in first, because the room e-card allows you to get into the garage. Will definitely stay here again!

We were answered "At your disposal." This minute the spokesperson 'Panagiotis' appeared, to find my white AirPod buried under a meter of snow, and carry our heavy luggage up the steep slope to the hotel. There, we had a re-welcome drink, perfected with humor and brilliant advice. We paid CHF 1140/night, and enjoyed the value. The 'two bedroom suite' offers privacies, yard with hanging wooden cocoon chairs, and balcony with panorama view.

Mountain Paradise in Zermatt has a sauna and a steam room. Quiet surroundings and views of the Matterhorn Mountain can be enjoyed at the property which is located in the Winkelmatten suburb. We were staying for one night (not for the skiing) and there is absolutely nothing to complaint about. The staff is super friendly and helpful, the room was clean and spacious, the view is great I guess (it was foggy :D), the town is small enough to go everywhere by walk and if you are here for the skiing, there is a bus exactly next to the hotel.

The hotel is 600 metres from the First Cable Car Station and lies 100m above the centre of Grindelwald. Its rooms and sun terrace have magnificent views of the surrounding scenery. The hotel is stunning, the staff is super friendly (especially the people who work at breakfast). The room was super clean, and the view—oh my God—was incredible. We thought we were in a Tolkien movie. Upon checkout, they even gifted us some homemade tea. We would definitely come back again! :)
