Opulent, incredible, lavish, amazing. Most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in. Incredible mountain views combined with amazing staff and a perfectly designed and maintained hotel. Indoor and heated outdoor pools were very enjoyable. Nice gym to burn off the great food. Breakfast was delicious. To order eggs and an amazing selection of everything else. Located in Obersalzberg below the Kehlsteinhaus (Eagles Nest) this incredible hotel gives you easy access to Berchtesgaden's many attractions. Easy walk to the bus boarding area for the Eagles Nest. Buy your tickets on-line in advance. Open mid-May to mid-October. Documentation Museum (History of the Nazi leadership in this area and atrocities) is located on the backside of the vehicle parking area for the Eagles Nest bus tour and is open year around. Visit the salt mine and take the fun tour and make sure you drive to the Konigssee and take the boat tour and enjoy some hiking. If you are a true adventurer you can walk to the Kehlsteinhaus from the hotel. They will give you a map. All trails so no bus conflict. Very well marked with sign posts. Said four hours but I did it in one and a half. You don't need to take the elevator to the Eagles Nest at the bus turn around area. Walk down the road 200-300 meters and a trail takes you to the top.

Great family run hotel in the Bavarian Alps. Great breakfast and the host and staff were very friendly. Highly recommended!

Questo hotel vi attende in una posizione centrale a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria di Berchtesgaden, e vanta alloggi completi di balcone con spettacolare vista sulle circostanti Alpi di... Bellissimo hotel in stile tipicamente alpino raffinato. Buffet della colazione variegato, abbondante e di ottima qualità. Personale molto gentile e attento. Comodo parcheggio privato. Peccato esser rimasti solo una notte e non aver potuto provare anche la zona wellness che sarà stata sicuramente all’altezza.

Highly recommend it. Near restaurants and the market. Near the ski school and the only ski resort that was open a the time of our stay was less than 20 min away by car.

Situato nel centro di Oberammergau, a meno di 300 metri dalla principale stazione ferroviaria, questo hotel tradizionale a conduzione familiare offre camere con vista sulle montagne e connessione... A cozy hotel, just like the town itself, which we came to visit on the recommendation of our relatives. The service was top-notch – we received a local map, advice on where to go, and a warm welcome. The balcony of our room opened to a magnificent view of the mountains. All attractions were within walking distance. Highly recommended.
