A truly special experience even better than I hoped. I came to this hotel alone on my birthday, intentionally taking a break from everything and everyone. I was unsure whether being alone on such a day was the right decision, but now I can say with full confidence that it absolutely was. I am truly happy I chose this place. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staff went out of their way to make me feel seen and cared for. They acknowledged my birthday and allowed me an early check-in, which made a big difference in how my day unfolded. Their attention to detail and kindness were felt in everything, from how they communicated (especially important for travelers who might not speak the local language) to the way every part of the hotel was thoughtfully arranged. Despite the awful weather outside, the peaceful, cozy environment of the hotel, the attitude of the staff, and the beautiful little details, especially the amazing breakfast, all came together to make me feel calm, grounded, and incredibly grateful. The hotel is small, but in the best way everything is well organized, clean, and prepared with care. Every little thing is thoughtfully considered, and it’s in those little things that real happiness is hidden. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making my birthday so memorable. Just a 3-minute drive from scenic Lake Tegernsee, this hotel in the Bavarian town of Rottach-Egern offers elegant rooms, gourmet food and a spa with large swimming pool. Very friendly staff, magnificent japan style spa, superb breakfast, very nice room view into tree canopy and surrounding hills, cosy garden, room decorations. The overall experience was really great and memorable. Highlights were without doubt the onze spa, the breakfast and the very friendly staff.

Directly on the banks of the Lake Tegernsee, this 5-star hotel offers an exclusive spa and a multiple award-winning culinary delights in our five restaurants. - staff were professional - beautiful area and location - fridge was cold - had an early check in which was appreciated - dine in food was delicious - breakfast was out of this world - valet service is a plus - lobby was magnificent - the art in the hotel is very much worth watching and contemplating - loved the balcony - had a disturbance from some construction work above our room so we got an upgrade and changed the position of the room far away from the construction it shows you how true luxury hotels care for their guests

The house has new furniture and facilities for a family. Everything is super clean. The staff are very nice and friendly. For a reason, we had to check in one hour before the earliest time. I tried to contact the staff only the day before our accommodation, but they replied and agreed. Summarizing many advantages including location, cleanness and value, I rate it an exceptional full score.
