I have stayed in several houses in Estonia so far, and this one could be the best. It was very clean and had everything we needed, including kitchen tools, a BBQ, firewood, clean towels, coffee, tea, etc. The sauna was fantastic—big enough for 5 people, and it's inside the house, which is much better than having a sauna in a separate cabin. The fireplace was great, easy to use, and the firewood was ready to use, heating the entire house wonderfully.(The house already has AC heating, and the fireplace just added to the warmth and coziness) There is a ski area just next to the house, and you can see people skiing from the house window. It is very close to Kuutsemae ski place, just a 15-minute drive. The host was very helpful and nice. I will definitely come back to stay here for more days next time. It would be amazing to stay there for 3-4 days.

The house has everything that needed for comfortable stay (but don’t forget to bring your own coffee), it was clean and cozy. Communication with the host was exceptional! Also we really enjoyed the sauna. And thank you for the tips about trails! :)

Everything was perfect, the food was excellent and the room was really cosy. We really liked it and will come back again. I highly recommend this place!

Het Tehvandi Hotell ligt in het Tehvandi Sports Centre, een bekende sportwedstrijd en training waar u het hele jaar door kunt genieten van sportieve en andere recreatieve activiteiten. It was our first time in this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised. The house looks like a molehill from the parking lot side, but from inside it's anything but. The rooms open to the other side of the house, overlooking an inner courtyard. The public spaces were clean, our quadruple room was spacious and comfortable, had enough cupboards and not one, but two dryer cabinets for ski equipment. Bathroom as well was big and nice looking, floor heating made it super comfortable. Breakfast had a very good selection for a small hotel, from porridge, eggs prepared in multiple ways and sandwich material to selection of drinks and fresh bakery. The restaurant apparently provides lunch & dinner as well, which we didn't try. Alexela electric car chargers were <100m from the main entrance. Soundproofing reasonably good for a hotel. 24/7 reception and ample parking space.

Great hotel, I would say it is not only hotel, but village, with lots of sport things to do around, lots of sports fields, you can get equipment for rent, big territory, great staff, big and cozy rooms, great breakfast, we also ordered lunch and dinner and the prices are very low and the food is great. Definitely recommend the place!

Heerlijke plek waar je alles vindt wat je nodig hebt. Een keuken met alles erop en eraan, lekkere zithoek, veel bedden, prima douche, en als extraatje een sauna. Een prachtige, rustige omgeving, vooral in de winter met sneeuw. Gezellige wintersfeer, met (beperkte) wintersportmogelijkheden. Skilift naast de deur. Hout voor de openhaard is gratis te gebruiken. De eigenaren zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, ze wonen heel dichtbij en altijd benaderbaar bij vragen.

Responsive and friendly hotel receptionist. Good sauna on the 7th floor with terrace and charming landscape view. The hotel located in a beautiful an quite place. Excellent restaurant on the 1th floor - delicious, prices matches the quality. If we travel to Otepaa again, we will gladly return to this hotel.
