We found ourselves living in a very welcoming, warm, and comfortable place. The owners are people who genuinely care for their guests; everything is well-maintained, and everything works seamlessly, from the sauna to the heating, the fireplace, the furnishings, and all other amenities. For the beauty of the surroundings and the magic of the forest, I thank the creator, and for the well-being, care, and the warm welcome of the cabin, I thank the owners. We had a great time and were even fortunate enough to witness a stunning aurora!

Beeakfast was so colourful and healthy varity of fruits, salads, salami, youghart and granola with berry jam, and the bread basket was so attractive with different selection of croissant and brown bread. We had selection of berry juices, tea and coffee. The breakfast was made special for us. We informed them of the convinent time.

Ski storage space is available on-site and hiking can be enjoyed within close proximity of Ylläshuiput. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our trip. Sauna was lovely after a long day on the hill. There is a locker downstairs for all ski/snow equipment, as well as a room for waxing and fixing snowboards which was great! being able to do laundry and use the drying cabinet was also very useful. bed were comfortable and we got plenty of good sleep.

The surroundings have many opportunities for outdoor activities, including skiing, cycling and fishing. Ylläs gondola lift is 5 minutes' away, and Kellokas Nature Centre is 2.4 km away. Kittilä Airport is 50 km away. The place is wonderful to spend a few days being able to do various activities during the day. The staff is extremely friendly and ready to help you if you need it. Excellent and varied breakfast, possibility to take sauna directly in the lodge. Everything very clean and neat. Super recommended

Offering 5 log cottages by Ylläs Mountain, Tunturioravat is a 5-minute walk from central Äkäslompolo. All cottages have wooden interiors, free Wi-Fi access and a private sauna. Ylläs Ski Resort is 2.7 km away. - great location - nice facilities (open fireplace + private sauna) - super helpful host

Hotel Ylläshumina is beautifully situated by Lake Äkäslompolo, near the village of Äkäslompolo. Guests have access to the excellent Ylläs ski slopes and a variety of hiking trails through the peaceful Lappish wilderness. We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The property is beautiful, food is tasty, rooms are comfortable, and the saunas are really nice. Staff are friendly and happy to help you plan your stay.
