Greeted by a great team who helped with all our questions and then there were all the special little extras like the kitchen items to rent for free for our room, the kids games and records etc. A great hotel that goes the extra mile. The team were also fantastic helping our group get to the airport organizing our taxis and luggage. Thank you we really appreciated it.

The hotel itself feels new and modern. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection with quality products. Onsen facilities were also very good with 3 baths and sauna. Good laundry facilities. The room itself while it was small had all the needed amenities. Bed was very comfortable. The hotel can be reached completely underground from JR train station. Also the location is much quieter than Susukino for example, but within walking distance of the needed subway stops and other things. There is also 7 eleven in the same building as a hotel and can be reached directly from the lobby.

Close to ski entrance in walking distance. Rika made different and delicious breakfast for us every morning and Gareth took very good care to us, even lend us cash when we forgot our wallet on the way to ski. We will visit this beautiful place again for sure. Perhaps, in Summer.
