Inaugurato nel novembre 2018 a Sapporo, a 7 minuti a piedi dalla Torre dell'Orologio e dalla Torre della TV, a 3 minuti dal Parco Odori e a 8 minuti dall’ex ufficio governativo di Hokkaidō, il Tokyu... The hotel staff were friendly and spoke English. The Lobby was very welcoming with comfortable seating and free coffee and tea. We were there for four nights in a hot summer. The air-conditioning worked well once we learned to adjust it. The bed was comfortable and the room kept clean. The kitchenette, microwave and washing machine were an added bonus. There were convenience shops right next door, Tanukikoji shopping street just two minutes away as well as many restaurants, cafes and Odori subway station. We found the taxi fare to and from the main Sapporo station very reasonable, as we had a lot of luggage...no tipping in Japan makes life much simpler! The Japanese breakfast was excellent and the Continental one quite adequate too. Service was good and the dishes kept full.

The laundry room came with a lot of hangers which really facilitates the conveniences. The location is not too far from the city center. I loved that there are 7Eleven and Family Mart within few blocks from the property.

The loveliest hosts, Rika and Gareth, who were supportive, personable and friendly throughout. The food was absolutely delicious! We even shared an amazing Christmas dinner together with the hosts and other guests. The location and facilities were perfect. The hosts are by far the warmest, most supportive and caring hosts we have ever experienced and they will do absolutely everything to ensure that their guests are comfortable, happy and instantly feel at home. Whether that be helping with organization and logistics, helping with travel drops, huge efforts to provide the best service: genuine smiles and conversations and sincere interest in you as visitors to their home.
