A fridge, a stovetop and kitchenware are also featured, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. The units include a private bathroom, a hair dryer and bed linen. We stayed here as a group of five families, renting five separate apartments. The buildings are fairly new and have a nice feel. However, we found them a bit under-equipped for a comfortable stay, and they could have been cleaner. At check-in there was some confusion with the keys, and we were given keys to wrong apartments. The view from our units was more toward the parking lot than toward Śnieżka. Another downside was that a gardener began work with a leaf blower at 7 a.m., which woke us up. With more attention to cleanliness, better guest coordination, and improved equipment, this could be a much more enjoyable experience.

Ski equipment hire and bike hire are available at this hotel and the area is popular for skiing. A great place for a family vacation. Our kidsand us had a blast. We loved the kids program. Everyone we met was very polite. From the receptionist lady, the lady making balloons and braids for girls and other kids entertainment was awesome, people in the restaurant. Our room was clean when we arrived. It's great that there is a possibility to cook something Pool area was great. Water was very comfortable temperature. The inside slide was our favorite. Food in the la carte restaurant was tasty. Cocktails too. We basically had a great time we will definitely come back. I think hotel was renovated since the last time we visited. It smelled fresh and nice. Highly recommend. This is our favorite place in the area.
