Whatever request we had, they tried hard to meet it! They also carried out extra efforts to make our Christmas a special one! Serkan was a very friendly staff member who was quick to answer to any questions we had and helped us out all the time...including whilst skiing! The room is also very cosy and the food was always plentiful and good. Definitely a hotel to recommend!

Huge thanks to Gokhan and all instructors for his patience and great teaching. Sinan, the manager, was incredibly kind, professional, and always helpful, and Sinan Bey was very attentive as well. Honestly, all the staff were amazing and made me feel truly welcome. Highly recommended! Solo travel safe!
