This hotel is incredible. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast, lunch/snack, and dinner included in the room price was exceptional. The location and views are stunning - one of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed in. Room was large and comfortable, very clean, great beds/pillows. An absolute treat from start to finish.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional amenities and services provided. The indoor pool was a delightful escape, allowing for a relaxing swim regardless of the weather outside. The gym was well-equipped, catering to all my fitness needs, and the media room was a great space to unwind and enjoy some entertainment. The breakfast and dinner offerings were truly exceptional. Each meal was delicious, featuring a wide variety of options that catered to different tastes and dietary needs. The quality and presentation of the food exceeded my expectations every time. What really stood out to me, however, was the staff. Every member of the personnel was extremely nice, kind, and helpful. Their genuine hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable and comfortable. The hotel's location is very good, making it convenient to explore the surrounding area. Whether for business or leisure, this hotel offers everything you could possibly need for a pleasant stay. Highly recommended!

Great facilities and wonderful staff. It hardly gets better than this! You really get the feeling that the staff really cares about your stay. They remembered my choices for breakfast, tried to figure out our wine preferences based on initial choices, knew when to offer their services and when not to. Can't recommend this establishment enough!

We love this area - probably the 10th time we have visited. A wonderful hotel with fabulous staff that genuinely seemed to care. The food was spectacular and accompanied by some good quality house wines. The hotel has a beautiful spa that we used every day and was usually empty/v quiet. The hotel's ski hire was excellent with a very knowledgeable man in charge - I hired the best skis I've ever used.

Located beside a shopping center, convenient to restaurants and grocery stores, in just about the heart of the city.     Honestly one of the best stays we’ve had in this region. The facilities were wonderful, an infinity rooftop pool with a beautiful view and good temperature, the wellness and spa area was amazing as well. Breakfast buffet has everything you could want, and finally, the staff are very helpful and friendly, with a special mention and thank you to Christoph from the reception desk for his kindness!! Can only recommend this place for a relaxing holiday!
