She went out of her way to make sure we were all happy , 100% going back she made sure we were all happy .
We went with a group of 5 and day we left , we were already planning our next stay . If you want a comfortable place to stay with amazing views and unwind from a busy life style or just to unwind 100% recommend staying in goughs bay relaxing in the hot tub with breathtaking views 10/10 for us .

Place was warm throughout our stay, hubby loved the spa, the collection of kids toys and DVDs entertained our 6 year old and the incredible breakfast provisions kept us well fed for our days at the snow. Cat, the host, was really helpful, attentive and communication was great!

We liked the spa, providing us delicious food like chips, bread, marshmallows and the coffee machine which we can make our own coffee. The kids also sneakily used the tv in their bedroom, which they had fun with.
Catriona, the host, checked what we needed for the breakfast before we arrived. Such a great host.

We enjoyed a wonderful romantic stay, in a spa room.
The room was clean and well presented.
The spa bath was amazing, and the bed was super comfortable.
We also enjoyed time in the resort's hot tub and sauna.
Our stay wasn't long enough to allow time to enjoy the tennis court, games room or swimming pool, but we plan to return for a longer stay soon.
Beautiful accommodation with friendly and welcoming staff. Would highly recommend .
