A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész. A szobánkban elhelyezett váratlan meglepetés igazán figyelmességre vall, nagyra értékeltük. A hotel által biztosított forró csokoládé kicsink kedvence lett, a kávé, tea szintén nagyon jól esett a havas napokon. Fantasztikus volt a kilátás a szobánkból, csodásra sikeredett a vakációnk. Merci beaucoup!
