Amazing modern room, well equipped. The staff was very professional and welcoming. Especially Rewan and Menna at the reception and the mounier Ossama. The breakfast was rich in selection, both savory and sweet. Coffee is usually not good in Egyptian hotels, but here they at least had a Nespresso machine so it was drinkable.

We would especially like to thank to Mr. Mohamed el Maghrabi who made an incredible effort to get us to the bus station on time, at a time when no taxis were available. Mr. Mohamed, in addition to calling the bus station and asking for transportation at the same time, also called our taxi driver every five minutes to check if we managed to catch the bus. He also gave us his phone number, so that we could inform him if something was wrong along the way.
