Highly recommended hotel, great service inside the hotel. Felt so pampered everybody were very kind. beachfront breakfast was very delicious, happy stuff in the breakfast area specially “Juliana” was very kind and happy. Everything! I'm Egyptian but I live in Switzerland and must admit it has been the best hotel experience we ever had. My son and my parents loved. The hospitality, the comfort, cleanliness, views, and the Food. The Staff were wonderful, friendly and very professional. Mohamed Abu Elfotouh the outlet manager is the most dedicated, professional and excellent I have ever seen. He is so present and observant of all his team. He creates wonderful communication with all customers and makes everyone happy. We definitely going again and highly recommend for everyone.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Security and luggage service were smooth and efficient. A special thanks to both AbdulRahmans and Mariem for the warm welcome, fast check-in, and their extra care during the stay. Big thanks to Osama as well for always being available and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, with great housekeeping and room service. Perfect location – right across the street there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and everything you need. Don’t miss Kim’s Coffee Shop by the hotel entrance (2nd floor). Cozy spot with amazing Saudi coffee and other types also – a must-try! Will definitely come back to this cool and friendly place.

We would especially like to thank to Mr. Mohamed el Maghrabi who made an incredible effort to get us to the bus station on time, at a time when no taxis were available. Mr. Mohamed, in addition to calling the bus station and asking for transportation at the same time, also called our taxi driver every five minutes to check if we managed to catch the bus. He also gave us his phone number, so that we could inform him if something was wrong along the way.
