Staff were pleasant and helpful and friendly. We had wonderful meals and they were good. Nice facilities and was in a good location for transport and walking to the pier and town. I want to thank everyone and we will definitely come back again when we are in Bournemouth l.

Location was ok but a bit closer to the town centre would have been better. Loved the indoor pool and the cleanliness of the hotel was the best I've seen.

I was personally impressed by the quality of service, hotel staff is doing great, always ready to help. My trip was not an easy one. First time i have to move my trip in a week, then, because of some health issues with my son we came 1 day later our check in. Hotel helps and didn't charge me because of circumstances that I couldn't control. Again, thank you, my dear friends, this is the best hotel experience I ever have.

Staff very helpful..As i had left my phone in the room when we left and they posted it on to me. Breakfast very very good full English, continental as well and fruit. Good to have an area in the holet where we could sit and have a drink with our dogs. Nice Park at the bottom of the street. On site parking.

This property has views across Bournemouth Bay from its cliff top location and is a short walk down to the beach using the zig zag.
