The staff were so so friendly. One girl in particular who was working in Carrie’s bar on Saturday night just beamed positivity and happiness. She was so lovely and was honestly a ball of sunshine! I couldn’t see her name tag but it began with a C and she was working with two other boys. She is a credit to the company, she just radiates good vibes :) Breakfast was fabulous. The pool and leisure centre is amazing and the fitting rooms are very neat and well thought out. We got upgraded to a suite which was such a treat!

Reception staff on arrival were extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were nicely decorated with air conditioning which was needed. Breakfast was very nice and again staff were friendly. Didn’t get to use the pool or gym this time but hopefully will on our next stay

    Welcome very friendly and informative. Room clean and spacious. Breakfast staff highly helpful and great choice of foods available, all seemed very organized without being overly attentive and pressured resulting in a very relaxing atmosphere.

    The room was situated in the court yard and lovely and quiet, heard an owl which was lovely. Staff very polite. Room was clean. It’s best to drive or have a taxi booked if leaving the hotel for food etc. Breakfast was lovely, although was forgotten about for coffee and tea so didn’t have it until we had finished our breakfast as asked again. Quickly rectified. Spa was lovely as only ones in there to use the pool, sauna and steam room.

    Lovely location, short distance to shops and restaurants and other towns in Cotswolds. Very friendly staff, cozy environment for a quiet weekend breakfast to relax. Loved the pool and spa facilities.

    The selection of items for breakfast was superb, cereal, fruit, pastries and a great choice of ingrediants for fried breakfast. The fried breakfast was lovely. The spa area facilities were great and open very early in the morning which suited me as an early riser. Swimming pool water was warm, sauna and steam roons nice and hot. Showers very good and lockers spacious. All the hotel staff were friendly and very helpful.

    We really enjoyed a quick break here with the kids. The pool/spa is nice with a sauna and steam, enough for everyone to enjoy and relax a little, there are adults only times in the pool meaning you can relax with the kids and have some fun without worrying too much a out bothering other users. Family room in the courtyard was a good size with all you'd need for a short break. Staff all really great.

    A warm welcome, the most comfortable bed imaginable (if you prefer a firm mattress), super snug and comfy robes and great Spa facilities (open from 06:00 - 22:00. Unusual and so incredibly needed!). Both bar staff and breakfast teams were lovely with tasty food and beverages. Beautiful grounds and surrounds left me feeling rejuvenated (despite needing to be in the area for a funeral)

    Warm welcome, lovely kind and helpful staff. Breakfast was good, lots of variety with healthy options. Bed was comfortable and clean. Room was spacious. The main building was lovely with beautiful views over the fields and lits of places to chill out and relax
