Loved the entire vibe of the hotel. It was super clean and the rooms were very big (especially for London standards). The staff were always really accommodating and kind. And their breakfast options were so good and diverse (worth every penny).

The rooms were really nice for the price paid and even the common areas look amazing. The standard double room was already good, but we benefited from an upgrade because a problem with the AC in the room and thanks to the immediate help of the staff, the stay was even better in the junior suite. Location is convenient as it’s about 5min walk to the train station taking you to the city or 15minutes walk to canary wharf. Would definitely stay again.

Terrific place. Beautiful sight at night, great bathroom with a bath.10/10 service. I know where to stay each time I'm in London. I didn't try the breakfast as I had little time, but you can order it à la carte using a form in one of the closets of the room. There's also a minibar with snacks & drinks. Oh, and the bed was extra comfortable.

We spent 7 nights at this charming hotel. The location of the hotel is excellent, bus lines and destinations are right next door. The service at the hotel is exceptional. I would especially like to mention Rashita, from whom we received exceptional service and treatment in the dining room. The service at the hotel in general is really excellent and the guest gets the feeling that he is welcome. In general, you feel that the issue of service at this hotel is extremely important and every request is answered quickly. The breakfast with table service is excellent, we also had dinner several times and it was very good. There is no doubt that on our next visit to London this will be a favorite hotel.
