The properties location was perfect, easy to find and beautifully presented. We travelled as a three and all of us couldn’t stop talking about how fabulous the Beach House is. The rooms were immaculate and everything we needed was there. From towels to prosecco glasses, every need was catered for. The use of spa and pool was excellent and we all slept incredibly well.

With views of South Bay, The Crown Spa Hotel features a luxury leisure centre and a European restaurant.

Wow! Booked the Spa Chalet for my parents 70th birthday as a surprise, we were all blown away by how beautiful the interior was and the location. Staying at The Spa Chalet was nostalgic for us as we holidayed in South Bay every year when I was little. We loved walking straight from the house to the Italian Gardens, down onto the beach and along the promenade. The interiors were beautiful and it was a real treat to stay in such an iconic and historic house. We loved waking up to the view and watching the lights over the bay in the evening. We even spotted dolphins one morning from the balcony! Thank you for an amazing stay.

The place was very easy to find and the keys easy to get to. The rooms were VERY clean, the bedroom was large and the bed was comfy. Tea/coffee etc was there as were any cleaning supplies you would need. The bathroom was large and clean. Wifi was easy to sign into and to use. The TV was large and had many options for you to watch whatever you want. There was also a guest pass to use on the Bay site which was great. Communication with the owners was great throughout and they were helpful and friendly. I'd definitely recommend staying here.
