The room is looking modern and stylish, big and comfortable, I enjoyed the balcony as well. Staff is very polite and helpfull, nice conversations, meanwhile they’re not too much. Not after you in every secound, they know when they’re needed. Best choice on the island.

The customer service was excellent, the room was comfortable and quiet, and the breakfast was fantastic. They worked to fix quickly address any issue or problem we faced. I highly recommend this hotel. We enjoyed the jacuzzi as well. In other hotels in Crete, the showers are often extremely small, you have to press a special button and wait to use the hot water, and you can't throw toilet paper in the toilet. That wasn't the case here. Everything was comfortable and easy.

My stay at this hotel was truly unforgettable. The entire property is incredibly beautiful – thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail, creating an atmosphere where you instantly feel at ease. The food was absolutely outstanding – everything from the variety to the quality and presentation was perfect. Every course was a delight! What really stood out was the service: the entire team was not only professional but also genuinely warm and attentive. Very modern and beautifully decorated rooms + pool/restaurant area. Delicious breakfast. Helpful staff. Easy to access by public transport. A bit further from oldtown/city center, but we weren't planning on exploring Heraklion, so it was a perfect choice for us.

The property looks excellent. However it would not be the same without the people who are working there. The staff was very friendly and excited to welcome us. They gave us an upgrade from a hotel room to a VIP villa with its own pool, jacuzzi and gym. Anyway, the energy of the staff has made our stay, not just the upgrade. Special thanks to Lev from reception who is full of energy at any hour and will to help. In the end we want to say thank you to Manos who introduced us the facility and who was our guide on this wonderful resort. The energy and positivity this man passed to us is just amazing. We’ll definitely come back some time.

The hotel is super comfortable. It has everything you need for a great holiday with the kids. The water park is suitable for all ages even adults. The food was superb in all the restaurants and bars of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. In a personal note for me being a single mom with two children it can be very hard to go on this holidays and this was the first time I was really happy because the Arina had everything we needed.
