We are traveling for the first time with our little one and did a short stop in Zakynthos. the hotel team could not have been more accommodating to him and to us. The buffet was amazing (plenty of choice) and they always asked if we needed something diferent they could add. The receptionist that checked us in gave us a lot of recommendations, we want to come back to try them all. They had opened a kids water facility that was very welcomed for the hot day we had.

We had a lovely stay in the bay hotel. The staff is all very friendly and kind. Breakfast has a great variety. The rooms and the hotel has a nice modern, boho style. The beach is nice and clean.  Negatives - The hotel needs to get some better tennis rackets. The courts are good but the rackets need replacing.

We received an upgrade to a Suite with private pool and garden. We were so lucky.🫠 It is a great location and all the facilities were 10/10 . The staff 10/10 , so nice and helpful with everything.
