One would not really expect individualized service while being in a large hotel, but I was taken away by how the employees here went above and beyond to ensure the guests’ comfort and requirements were met. They also made a vast facility feel intimate and welcoming. The excellent service was greatly appreciated. You have provided me with numerous reasons to be grateful. Hotel is situated perfectly and a lot of the rooms have view of the sea side. Rooms were very comfortable with air conditioning. Great shower Beds very comfortable and blackout curtains. Breakfast A+++ Dinner - plenty of choice to please even my fussy child Staff - always polite and happy to help
