To be fair, the host was great. And of course the place and the facilities were great awell. I would recommend booking it, if you want to stay in a nice place with a nice host.

Nicely modernised since our last visit. Food and service excellent, nice clean room. The reception staff are first class, especially Omar. Pool area very nicely kept with plenty of loungers. Highly recommended, we will return.

Quiet location on the beach. Well appointed, clean rooms (we booked three rooms and all were good, but one of them was an upgrade and was fabulous). There is a large dining room with a great range of high quality food, with plenty of choice for all diets. We needed a little help from the hotel staff with a couple of things and they were exceptional in terms of their attitude and their willingness to help us out.

We had a truly wonderful stay at the West Lagoon Resort in Netanya. The service was excellent—courteous, attentive, and always available. The food was fresh, varied, and delicious, which is especially impressive given the challenges of maintaining high standards of kosher cuisine during Passover. A special thanks to Vered Alber, who went above and beyond throughout our stay to ensure that everything was to our satisfaction.
