It is not only the sheer beauty of this place but especially the friendliness and warmhearted kindness of its owners Silu and Mathew and each and very one of their wonderful team. We felt so very well looked after, whenever we had questions concerning the surroundings and the Vagamon Hills, Silu would be there to give us valuable tips and suggestions for day trips and sightseeing. We loved the Kerala food you get at Vanilla County cooked by Ranju and Jolly which was served by Maju, Anand, George and Anthony - always with a friendly smile. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. The house and the garden are very clean and very well looked after by Aniamma and Sheena. Everywhere in and around Vanilla County, you feel that things are done and chosen with a lot of love, taste and care. The wonderful memories of Vanilla County and its people will stay with us for a very long time and will make us smile. We strongly recommend Vanilla County if you want to relax in a beautiful place with very special, warmhearted people.

Everything .. awesome place. Big thank you to Allan and nimmy I believe her name was. Made our stay comfortable. Excellent restaurant staff as well. High tea was amazing.. Coffee tea snacks games to play. The walk around the resort is very nice. Recommended for family and couples. Will definitely revisit

The stuff were friendly and they were helpful and fast in replying for our requests The food was delicious The resort is wonderful and good for short staycations There are some activities in the resort outside gym, kids park and adventure park The resort is new and very clean

Very nice service, helpful at all times. I felt very well looked after. The food was great. Beautiful views and a quiet district where you can relax and regenerate. Medical service and therapists at a high level. I recommend it with all my heart. I will definitely come back here.

The balcony room offers a stunning views of misty mountains and a river. The room is well-appointed, and the balcony is best place to relax and soak in the breathtaking scenery. The friendly staff, well-maintained property, and a great location make it a perfect retreat for nature lovers.

A calm stay. Planning for a break from daily rush . This place is perfect for that. really peaceful atmosphere with atmost privacy no one to disturb.the view,the wind everything gave a Refreshment to my life.
