Everything except wi fi connection. We stayed in bungalows.. Very efficiently planned, not too cramped, not a centimeter wasted. A large terrace allows you to eat dinner and have your drinks. The bathroom and the rooms are very clean. There is free parking right next to your bungalow Easy access to Venice by public bus, just 15 minutes. It is not luxurious but has everything you need for a happy stay.

This is definitely the best hotel in Venice. And one of the best hotels we've ever visited, and our experience is extensive. Photos do not depict the real beauty of the design. Staff is incredibly helpful Location is amazing. This is an extraordinary hotel for amazing memories.

Our stay in Venice was fantastic! The apartment was very spacious, clean, and super comfortable, set in a lovely, peaceful neighbourhood not far from the city centre. It was great to be close to everything but still enjoy some quiet after busy days. Sonia, our host, was amazing — friendly, welcoming, and full of helpful advice. She told us about hidden gems to visit, the best ways to get around, and how to easily get tickets for museums. She also pointed us to some great local shops and restaurants. Thanks to her, we had a smooth and memorable trip. Would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing service, beautiful property, super easy to get to Venice by train (only 3 stops; ticket is just 1.5€). From my perspective, it’s much more convenient and comfortable to stay in a property like that one rather then to stay inside of Venice itself. Venice is overcrowded, has no public transport, not suitable for cars, kids and heavy luggage. I see no point in choosing an overpriced old hotel over super-comfortable villa with private parking in just 3 stops away from Venice. Well, it’s very subjective opinion, of course. Extremely comfortable, clean, cozy and stylishly arranged! We are very happy with the conditions and service at the reception, maids (cameriera) , restaurant and lobby bar! The conditions, facilities and service for our family with a child in a wheelchair and a domestic cat were super and of a high standard throughout! Wheelchair accessibility and room and bathroom conditions extremely good! Parking and access from it to the hotel-super! Bus stop-right outside the hotel and the front desk sold maps and tickets which was very convenient. Very suitable hotel for a family stay and exploring Venice.

The staff was consistantly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was extenive and delicious. A server was onsite all the time to make eggs, pancakes, and more. I was very impressed overall.
