Pienza is a beautiful village, the Val d'Orcia is breathtaking. We were welcomed by Paola, who is a magnificent ambassador for the property, she really made us feel incredibly welcome. The restaurant was also excellent, we had a fantastic dinner. We came off season, (March) which added to the tranquility. I think you would come here to enjoy a quiet, peaceful retreat, and it is a nice base to explore the Tuscan wine region.

Hotel Rutiliano is centrally located in Pienza and a short walk to the centre. Quiet location. Owner and staff were very helpful, always friendly and helped made our stay thoroughly enjoyable. Owner’s wife ensured beautifully cooked home made torta’s were in the breakfast table each morning. Great swimming pool was available. Patio/garden breakfast area. Rooms clean and tidy.

This resort was stunning and really captured the magic of Tuscany. The staff were all so helpful and especially the restaurant and dining. We highly recommend dining there. Laurene and Nik were especially helpful Breakfast is a MUST! Best menu! The hotel host was really attentive to our needs and also graciously gifted us a platter of cheese and meat when he saw us drinking wine and beer on our balcony

We stayed in a B&B room of the restored building, which is just opposite to the new main hotel building (where the reception is located). We loved the setting of this restored building. Our large window overlooked the thermal bath square. The lovely garden at the backyard with some comfortable seating is a good place to spend an afternoon. Room is spacious and clean. Bedding is comfortable. Delicious breakfast was served in the new main building. Coffee is good.

We stayed in a B&B room of the restored building, which is just opposite to the new main hotel building (where the reception is located). We loved the setting of this restored building. Our large window overlooked the thermal bath square. The lovely garden at the backyard with some comfortable seating is a good place to spend an afternoon. Room is spacious and clean. Bedding is comfortable. Delicious breakfast was served in the new main building. Coffee is good.
