Upon arrival, the staff immediately took the initiative to take care of our car, luggage, to clearly communicate room readiness, to personally guide us around the hotel and to give a tailored explanation about how we could optimally spend our time in Sestri Levante. We were helped in French (other guests in German or English) in a most perfect manner. I have never enjoyed this kind of personalised welcome in any other hotel.

We absolutely liked everything; the staff was extremely friendly and helpful( they even ironed our clothes when we asked them), the breakfast was varied and they also have the restaurant oppened until 9:00 p.m.(btw, the food is excelent).. not to mention, you get a beautiful sea view and you hear the waves from your room.. we will for sure come back!

Everything was great, from the history of the hotel to the location and all facilities. Staff were also very nice.

We had an great time there, even with the bad weather. Rooms are large (at least the one we've had), modern and very well cleaned. It's very well placed, not too far from Portofino, and with a little effort (and a car) even the Cinque Terre can be visited from this base. Both restaurants are very good quality, we've had dinner in both of them. Breakfast is not buffet, so it's difficult to compare it with other 5 star hotels, but it's good enough.

Hotel’s Location was excellent, and easy to reach. The staff were so friendly. The service was top. It was one of the best hotels that I stayed in. It made my trip so nice.

Luxury lodges with stunning view of the coast. Great location to explore Cinque Terre area by train (with free shuttle bus to the nearby train station - 5-10mins away). Helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast. Better to go there in the hotter months because it could be cold during the night in the 'tents'.
