This was my best night in Japan, I loved the stuff, the onsen, everything in the room. I slept very well (the room is totally soundproofing and it was very clean) and had a great time in the onsen. Free laundry was also a great help.

I was staying there during my last night in Japan. It's very conveniently located near Haneda airport (walkable distance). There's a shuttle bus service if needed, I personally took the walk as my plane took off at 10 pm and it gave me enough time to walk through the shrines around Haneda. The room was clean, spacious and the bathroom was the best relax for the last night. They offer breakfasts for an additional price - the food was tasty. The view is beautiful, so is the room. The staff speaks English. Facilities are provided and there wasn't anything I didn't like.

Staff were efficient, kind and patient with my group. Rooms were clean, washrooms were gorgeous and 24 hour spa service! They also hold onto your luggage, even after checkout so you can travel around the airport and even leave the area. So convenient!

I have stayed twice at this property once when I first arrived in Japan and once when I left. The staff is amazing, helpful and they answer to all your query. The property is spotless and the rooms are quiet. They provide all amenities for ladies. You have a onsen to enjoy and also a sauna. The lounge are has shelves of manga and you have of course TV. Absolutely recommended.

Located in a very comfortable and scenic place of Yokohama, hotel/club offers a complete experience of living in a traditional Japanese room, trying delicious Japanese food and taking a meditative dive in an onsen/public bath, part of which is under open sky! All together at a very affordable price. It definitely helped to stay in a good shape every day during my business trip. Special thanks to the kind staff, which helped me to handle the picking up and shipping back of the extra luggage for the exhibition, help which was beyond their typical duty.

Everything in the room was great. The sauna is fantastic and was a major reason for my booking here (for a very relaxing, re-energizing overnight stay, as a stop-over, on the way from Victoria, Canada to Manila, Philippines). Overall, I was impressed by the sauna, especially since this is was all housed within a hotel. The hotel staff were friendly. There are even several massage chairs as well as a reading room. The location also is good; one can walk to many restaurants etc.

The hotel provides a free airport shuttle service, there is an onsen, the rooms are spacious (by Tokyo standards), the bed is comfortable, the breakfast is great, and there are self-service laundry machines at very reasonable prices.

The variety at breakfast both Japanese and European was fresh , beautifully presented and was plentiful. The extra details with ice creams in the evening with the massage chairs in the relaxation the Raman after 9.30pm where a welcomed gift. The onsen was fabulous up above the skyline and with great amenities.

Wonderful breakfast (traditional Japanese and some western dishes), lovely hot spring and sauna! Complimentary ice cream and drinks after the bath really hit the spot. We enjoyed the cold treats in the city-viewing room, sitting back and relaxing. A perfect way to end a fun day of walking about the local shops and restaurants just behind the hotel. Complimentary late-night hot noodles service was another bonus! It's funny how much you can eat when you're on vacation!
