We received great assistance from the manager, Sanjay, especially with arranging the transfer. Not only that, but we were supposed to check into our room at 2:00 PM. However, we requested an earlier check-in, and they kindly prepared our room by 10:30 AM. Everything was absolutely wonderful. The hotel looks exactly like the pictures. The entire staff was very friendly and professional.

All staff were very helpful and polite. The food was really good, and even with the rain on New Year's Eve, they created a good structure to make it happen in the best possible way.

Brand new (2024) and amazing hotel on the best (bikini) beach on the island, we couldn't have picked anything better on the island. Friendly staff always willing to help, breakfast amazing. The hotel restaurant is the best restaurant on the island, we have been to try others but here they exceeded our expectations. The sunset from the hotel pool on the rooftop is something amazing. The place is out of this world. Best vacations ever. The food is soooo delicious, the room (OWB) is unbelievable. They have many vegetarian options (harder for vegans but still possible. They can make different meal if you ask). The staff is really sweet They make so much effort to be ecological, I really appreciated that. I havent seen any single use plastic during my stay.
