Very well located right in the centre of Ponta Delgada and with a private garage (a big bonus in the city!), the stay was very peaceful and relaxing. The apartment was spotless clean and had everything I needed to enjoy a couple of days - the access to the spa was a bonus after a long day exploring the island. The outdoor pool looked great for warmer days. The bed and pillows were the most confortable I have slept in for a long time. The staff was extremely responsive and helpful and the breakfast had a variety of options to choose from. I will definitely come back when in São Miguel!

I cannot recommend it highly enough. As the very first guests of this new hotel, we were treated with exceptional care and attention. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. They welcomed us warmly, making us feel right at home. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, offering a perfect blend of modern amenities and the natural beauty of the Azores. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel’s commitment to family-friendly service was evident in the little touches, such as a crib for our baby. The location is fantastic, with stunning views and easy access to the island’s many attractions. In summary, our stay in Sao Miguel was extraordinary. The hotel is beautiful, set in a quiet location in the town of Ponta Delgada on the gorgeous and idyllic island of São Miguel. The common areas of the hotel are spacious and comfortable and the game room with a billiard table was fun for the evening after getting a drink from the bar. The room had a great view of the outdoor swimming pool. The bed was incredibly comfy and the room was spacious and had plenty of storage. The included Nespresso machine in the room was an excellent bonus. The facilities such as gym, steam room, sauna, pool and jacuzzi were great.

location of the hotel great to get out of town by car quickly - we did daily tours to different parts of the island 20 min walk into the historic centre of town and restaurants within 10 min of the hotel pressure of the water in the shower was great breakfast buffet had good choice except on fresh fruit and fresh juices - very good quality yoghurt lovely to have a restaurant on site the spa facility , indoor pool and outdoor pool great for relaxing after a busy day of site seeing

We liked everything, the staff is very friendly. Everything is super clean and new, the pool is cute and the spa very relaxing! Everything was super easy and smoothly arranged. Gluten free breakfast was no issue (i mentioned it when we booked). Can only recommend! There is a very nice small restaurant next door with good Portuguese food!

Beautiful and comfortable hotel with modern, spacious and well equipped rooms incl. a comparatively big balcony. We really like the decorations on the first floor where the bar is located and enjoyed the breakfast, food and drinks while listening to the live piano play. They also have a very nice garden and spa area with sauna, pool, whirlpool. The staffs are all very friendly and hotel is located in the central area.

The hotel was really comfortable and located close to the centre of Ponta Delgada. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel had a spa with a hot tub and sauna. Very relaxed atmosphere and overall excellent experience.
