The hotel is beautiful and we loved everything about it. Rooms were clean and beautifully decorated. The details: lovely postcards, hats, sandals, bag to use during our stay to take things to the pool. Breakfast from 7 to 9 in the evening was also something different that we loved. The team working in the hotel was also kind and super helpful.

We loved the facilities, the infinity pool and closeby Spa building as Wellas the gym. The staff was exceptional and very sweet to our little one. We also loved the Green design and how the designers and architects of The Chill were able create a calm and rejuvenating oasis in which we always felt tranquility and positive energy. Also the activities offered by the resort were nice and gave a personal touch to our already overall very positive experience. On the last evening we were able to celebrate Loy Krathong and sent off little floats made out of ice to the sea…

We had a lovely stay at Koh Chang Paradise. The staff were really friendly and attentive. The pool was beautiful and looked out over the beach, it was particularly lovely at sunset. The beach was was great, very quiet and safe. The added bonus of access to the water park across the street was so much fun! Highly recommend!

Lovely grounds very clean beautiful and lots of nice spots to relax and enjoy. Beautiful gardens. Clean rooms with nice views. It has its own little beach which is quiet and the islands in front are beautiful. Close to Kai bae village which has many shops and restaurants. The staff were all very lovely and accommodating and the breakfast buffet is amazing.

The island was rustic. The resort was not. The staff were exceptional. Prim at breakfast made certain I had gluten free options. The sunsets from 7404 were stunning. The gardens were beautiful. Pat, about 7 shops away arranged transportation, snorkeling and laundry for us. We enjoyed going to kaibae for dinners. The resort thought of everything including a beach bag, robes, and umbrellas. Perfect holiday.

Everything was great, room was big and clean, bathroom has shower and and a bath, nice view on the sea from the balcony. Breakfast was amazing so many options for eating. Villa was lovely, the pools were clean and not busy, and the boat shuttle to the beach was convenient. Even when we missed the last boat, it was a quick and easy walk back to the resort. The cold jacuzzi for our villa was a great hideaway from the sun. Breakfast was a great variety and very tasty. Loved the lemongrass juice and ginger tea in the mornings
