Hotel provides for everything you need for a great vacation - we were picked up at the pier in Ko Pha-ngan and transferred to the property in a comfortable air conditioned car. The room was very spacious and had all necessary amenities - robes, slippers, beach bag with towels, tea station, mosquito repellent. Design of the room is very nice. Our room had a view on the pool and sea. Staff of the hotel is very attentive and ready to help with any request, so that you can relax and enjoy the holidays.

All the staff was just perfect! We felt welcomed any time we moved around the hotel. The golf cart guys met us with a smile every time and were ready to take us to our vila. The hotel is on a rather steep hill and it was helpful to have transport from and to our place on the top of the hill. Breakfast quite good. Restaurant had a good selection of food. The waiters served us perfectly. Special thanks to Mr.Golf. We stayed in two story vila. Spacious room with a great view and very comfortable bed on the first, huge bathroom down the stairs. Nice pool area with pool bar.

This hotel is absolutely amazing and has an incredible service level. Everyone was so sweet and helpful. Everything was coordinated and it was very well done by every detail in the room and around the hotel. The area is beautiful and it’s very easy to go there with their shuttle service from Koh Samui. We tried their spa on our first day. Had the sports massage and it was perfect to loosing up tension after a long trip and to get relaxed for the stay. After the massage we enjoyed some tea in the beautiful surroundings with the stunning view. We also tried their cooking class and their chef was really good at explaining all the details about the food and giving us great tips. Really loved it! Can highly recommended you try it if you want to know more about Thai cuisine. The gym is really good and big for a hotel gym. Has great equipment and a beautiful view inside the jungle. The hotel is near a beach with lovely restaurants and shops which was perfect if you wanted to see something else during the day. The island itself has many opportunities to explore so this hotel was absolutely perfect to come back to after day trips. This hotel would be the ideal honeymoon hotel or a spa getaway. I truly understand why this hotel has won so many awards because they surely know how to deliver. I would definitely want to go back and visit some day.

We stayed at the hotel for our honeymoon, and this is by far the best experience we had in any hotel ever. Hotel is located on a beachfront at chaloklum, and the atmosphere is very peaceful and quiet. First, the rooms - they are huge! Spacious, the pool temperature is perfect, they are extreamly clean and the staff are very attentive to the details! Second, the staff and especially Floyd the guest manager. She was amazing! She was super attentive to our needs, helped us secure taxis and rides even outside the reception working hours, made sure everything was ok with our breakfast and stuff we received by the hotel and if i could have given extra 5 stars i would have given them to her! Would defintely return to this piece of heaven! Super recommended!

The room was very nice and clean. On the top floor there was a fully equipped kitchen, free drinking water, food (eggs, garlic, onion, oil, milk, bananas toast etc.) and a coffee machine. There was also a table football and a playstation 4. They also have a spa and massages, which is offered with a 10% discount for hotel guests.

The resort is beautifully situated in a bay and the view of the water is great. We liked the pool and the beach. The staff were friendly and courteous. The breakfast met our expectations and was plentiful. We would particularly like to emphasise the Thai massage in the hotel's own spa.

Our 3rd visit as a family (2 adults, 17, 8, and 6), and just as beautiful as before. Lovely clean pools, beautiful bedrooms, and delicious food at breakfast. The spa treatments were really good. The wooden car collection from the room to reception was a huge hit with kids!

The property and the pool room are magical. It's a very unique and special experience being in that place. The breakfast buffet super is great and even offers a free massage which however many guests miss because it's not clear where when and how. The private pier is not functioning and hence it's a 20 minute drive after getting off the boat from koh samui.

Mix of luxury and nature with an amazing view. We had the Deluxe Jacuzzi Grande Villa and the view was impressive. The staff was super attentive and friendly. They really did their best to accommodate all your wishes and make your stay an unforgettable experience. The breakfast had everything you could ask for and the beach is one of the best on the island - even when the tide is low. At the beach you can enjoy sun until late and borrow SUPs and Kayaks for free and cruise around the bay.

Beautiful cool and clean pool Great massages Clean rooms with great air conditioning Staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful and even made up a large table for 19 guest right on the beach for dinners. Village was perfect nearby for getting your nails done, massages, other food options etc Would definitely recommend this resort for relaxing on the beautiful beach and taking it easy as it’s a fair distance to other locations.

Stayed in room which had its own pool. This I really recommend!! Breakfast was excellent and rich (lots of different options, vege etc). Also when they served breakfast, there were massage option ( 8 minutes, head and neck, for free). Village is big, but now worries because little vans are driving all the time like busses. It was simply best luxury get away in that part of island. Totally recommend and going back myself!

Breakfast was a wonderful feast covering all aspects of food. Titan restaurant was our favourite with great music. Spa Massage was strong and wonderful. Our 'apartment' great, traditional decoration and outside shower were fun. Lovely pool long enough to swim and to rest bedside. We walked to the village most days for cocktails and lunch

The atmosphere is impeccable! From the wood art to the scenery, all were fascinating. Even though the spa was fully booked during our stay, they managed to find some free spot for us and to enjoy their amazing services. The breakfast is amazing with variety of options. It is located near the beach with easy access to the nearby village. It is a beautiful sanuaury to find peace and relax.
