From the moment we were greeted at reception we felt like royalty. We booked 2 bungalows. It was lovely to have both an aircon and fan in the room. The kettle and mini fridge was an added bonus. The 2 bottles of water were nice. We went for massages twice and it was so relaxing. The ladies went the extra mile. The breakfasts were great with a good variety of Western as well as Thai dishes. Everything was freshly made. It was lovely to enjoy our breakfasts next to the beach. The hammock on the veranda was nice. There is also enough space to hang up laundry. The last night we signed up for the BBQ and fire show. That was an experience. The food was tasty. Walking to the 7-11 was a short walk on the beach. It is a resort that caters for families with children and we enjoyed seeing families together. The kids did not bother us at all. There are enough sunbeds on the beach as well as next to the pool. We will definitely return in the future.

One of the most beautiful places we have been in Thailand during our one month trip. The bungalows located next to the beach, you can chill there on beanbags, also swimming pool is with a view of the sea. Bungalows itself clean and nice.

Hotel provides for everything you need for a great vacation - we were picked up at the pier in Ko Pha-ngan and transferred to the property in a comfortable air conditioned car. The room was very spacious and had all necessary amenities - robes, slippers, beach bag with towels, tea station, mosquito repellent. Design of the room is very nice. Our room had a view on the pool and sea. Staff of the hotel is very attentive and ready to help with any request, so that you can relax and enjoy the holidays.

We’d also like to mention Yannick, the resort manager, who was truly helpful and gave us great recommendations for special places to visit on the island. We stayed at the hotel for our honeymoon, and this is by far the best experience we had in any hotel ever. Hotel is located on a beachfront at chaloklum, and the atmosphere is very peaceful and quiet. First, the rooms - they are huge! Spacious, the pool temperature is perfect, they are extreamly clean and the staff are very attentive to the details! Second, the staff and especially Floyd the guest manager. She was amazing! She was super attentive to our needs, helped us secure taxis and rides even outside the reception working hours, made sure everything was ok with our breakfast and stuff we received by the hotel and if i could have given extra 5 stars i would have given them to her! Would defintely return to this piece of heaven! Super recommended!

We had a wonderful time alone in this little paradise. Nyen and her husband from Burma, who cooked for us wonderfully, are people with a big heart. They spoiled us! Saw also took great care of us and was always available for us. The place is unique - pure nature. We enjoyed it very much and let our souls dangle. The time and space allowed us to find peace. All the staff was just perfect! We felt welcomed any time we moved around the hotel. The golf cart guys met us with a smile every time and were ready to take us to our vila. The hotel is on a rather steep hill and it was helpful to have transport from and to our place on the top of the hill. Breakfast quite good. Restaurant had a good selection of food. The waiters served us perfectly. Special thanks to Mr.Golf. We stayed in two story vila. Spacious room with a great view and very comfortable bed on the first, huge bathroom down the stairs. Nice pool area with pool bar.

This hotel is absolutely amazing and has an incredible service level. Everyone was so sweet and helpful. Everything was coordinated and it was very well done by every detail in the room and around the hotel. The area is beautiful and it’s very easy to go there with their shuttle service from Koh Samui. We tried their spa on our first day. Had the sports massage and it was perfect to loosing up tension after a long trip and to get relaxed for the stay. After the massage we enjoyed some tea in the beautiful surroundings with the stunning view. We also tried their cooking class and their chef was really good at explaining all the details about the food and giving us great tips. Really loved it! Can highly recommended you try it if you want to know more about Thai cuisine. The gym is really good and big for a hotel gym. Has great equipment and a beautiful view inside the jungle. The hotel is near a beach with lovely restaurants and shops which was perfect if you wanted to see something else during the day. The island itself has many opportunities to explore so this hotel was absolutely perfect to come back to after day trips. This hotel would be the ideal honeymoon hotel or a spa getaway. I truly understand why this hotel has won so many awards because they surely know how to deliver. I would definitely want to go back and visit some day.

The location is great, not much to do around there, not many shops and restaurants but it’s super relaxing if you’re after that. The restaurant had great food, the best along the beach. The playground next to it was great for a bit older kids, 6+. The massages was the most wonderful experience! All the staff were super friendly too.

Everything was fantastic. The food was exceptional, the staff were friendly and accommodating. They have a day spa for fabulous massages. I will definitely be going back and recommending it to everyone.

Goof size, very clean and comfortable bungalows. Good size balconies with hammock and chair. Surrounded by lush tropical gardens. The gardens were magnificent and had a lot of effort. The staff were extremely friendly. Great location at the end of the bay. Nice restaurant within the resort. Good breakfast options. Nice beach and swings on the beach in front of the resort. fantastic spa and massages … I’d go as far as saying it was the best Thai oil massage I’ve ever had … total bliss.
