A very good welcoming experience, starting from the valet outside up to the room service. There was a complimentary fruit platter with a nice welcoming note with my name on it in my native language. This made my day. The whole reception stuff was very helpful specially the public relations manager," Mrs. Ilham", she was eager to help us and respond to our requests.
