What a gem! The hotel has an ancient, regal looking zeal to it and it is absolutely stunning! I could not get over the scenery and views from our room. It was just dreamy! The architecture is insanely glorious. The staff was friendly and so so helpful. The food? Divine! We had breakfast and a buffet for dinner and we were just impressed with the variety of options they had. It was quite cold in the evening and we had a bonfire made by the staff. My friends and I huddled around the fire over a delicious bottle of local chardonnay. It was magical.

The hotel was very clean, comfortable, the whole day was available food service as well as spa service. The stuff was very helpful. The water in the pool was fantastic. Many thanks for the good services, tasty cuizine, nice stuff and free courtesy treat.

Highly recommended, The breakfast was diverse, catering to all tastes, and the staff was very warm.

Its a nice cave style hotel in the center of the city. I'd go again.

One word - everything. From the welcome package of dried fruits, nuts and red wine to the very end when they extended our checkout for free, everything was wonderful. Aza Cave is part of chain of 3 cave hotels (Aza Cave, Kelebek and Sultan Cave) there and you can use their facilities as well. All of them are 50 meters apart. Aza is the quitest of them all. The cave King Suite we were was amazing. Many people mentioned in their comments that is dark, but guys this is a cave experience and being a little bit darker than usual hotel room is more than expected. It was amazing experience and i definitely would recommend highly that resort. The staff was really kind and helpful. Multiple people approached us with useful suggestions from the very beginning when we reserved to the very end when we checkout. We have book multiple activities from them, always done by the highest standards. They contacted me after reserving with them and providing me with very useful information about the holidays and activities. Definitely book balloon flight through them - they use Turquaz Balloons (the best provider there) or Discovery Ballooons. They have pool ... which is HEATED ... contrary on most comments. I tried it and it was heated. It is not 34C more like 25-27C but still heated. The breakfast was great. A lot of choices and all of them very delicious. They are one of the few cave hotels there, which has very big parking lot with very easy access. I was there with big SUV and had no problem at all to park. Our suite had a fireplace and they offer lighting the fireplace for free. We tried it and it was really amazing and romantic setup.

10/10 they treat their customers so well. Everyone kindly and smiling, helping both in reception, breakfast table or others. Breakfast so good, fresh juice, latte, turkish tea, detox juice variety of the sweets. Amazing views and hotel. Rooms nice and private. Also sweet small cave pool and sauna we enjoyed so much.

The location was in the center and the staff treated us like there family members.We really fellt homely and we will stay again when we go to the City.

Even more beautiful than in pictures! I loved everything about my stay, including the beautiful and unique cave room, the view from the multiple terraces, the breakfast buffet, the spa, and the very friendly staff. The pool area is also beautiful, but I didn't use it because of the weather.

🏨✈️ Just got back from the most amazing vacation and I have to shout out this hotel! From the comfy beds to the delicious breakfast spread, I couldn't have asked for a better stay! Amazing hotel with helpful personal service , especially Ahmad and lady in the breakfast they are so good person, they are wanna make all guests satisfied with the service. I love it definitely I will be back in that town and I will always choose that hotel🙌❤️🙌
