We had an amazing time staying at this hotel. The view and the facilities were excellent. The staff were very professional yet friendly and accommodating, especially the Front Office team of Mr. Mehmet Kiral and Ms Serap. We also enjoyed the delicious buffet spread at its restaurant. The waiters were friendly and helpful too especially Mr Ozgur. Well Done!

We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to all the staff at Baia Hotel in Uludag, from the Valais team to the housekeeping staff, as well as the restaurant team, for their professionalism and kindness. A special mention goes to Mr. Ozkan, whose warm welcome, constant availability, and attentiveness greatly contributed to making our stay unforgettable. Despite the bad weather that prevented us from skiing as planned, we spent two wonderful nights as a family. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the staff was exceptionally friendly, making the time fly by. This pleasant experience has won us over, and we are eager to come back again very soon. We loved everything about the hotel! It was about a one hour trip from Mudanya ferry station to the hotel via taxi. Had no issues to get to the hotel. Immediately upon arrival we noticed how friendly and accommodating staff are. We also got a free upgrade to a room with a balcony. The hotel room itself was so clean and comfortable in a stunning and peaceful location. Careful thought was given to the design keeping in mind sustainability. We had the choice to choose our own type of pillow as well! There is only one restaurant nearby so it is more convenient to dine in. The restaurant was a little pricy but most food was local produce and it was well cooked. We found it was cheaper to order in room service. Minibar was free! We had a tour of the spa facilities which looked clean. Big shout out to Gorken who helped us arrange all transportation around Uludag and to Bursa. The hotel have partnership with the taxis so a charge of 900 liras to and from Bursa we found was reasonable. Overall a great stay and would definitely book again!

it was a lovely hotel with great service and great staff! Very tasty breakfasts! We were in an Italian restaurant - the service is great, the food is super! But on the last floor, the service was upset, unfortunately. But the food was still delicious. Thank you for your hard work and a great hotel!
