What an experience, the hotel was stunning, the staff were fantastic. The hotel was even better than I thought it would be. The only downside was as I went in the off season the gym and spa was being renovated but the price of my booking reflected this. It just would have been great to get told that before I arrived as I needed gym access.

We had a fantastic stay at Seraphim Cave Suites. The room we had was just absolutely amazing with high end housekeeping (very clean). The staff was so friendly and extremely helpful. Everyone at the hotel spoke very good English. The food in the restaurant and breakfast was very nice. The hamam with the additional indoor pool area was fantastic. Mustafapasa area is quiet and not far from all the amazing attractions in the Cappadocia region (either using rental car or taking taxi). Highly recommend to stay at this hotel. 5 star experience. Would definitively recommend the hotel. The rooms are even more beautful in real life than the pictures on the booking sites.

It was a more than wonderful experience. We loved the place. It was very comfortable and the food was wonderful. The communication was better than any other place I’ve stayed at, they responded quickly and set up transfers and bookings for things like balloon rides almost immediately. The room was very comfortable and was cleaned daily, tea and coffee were available in the room and also replaced every day. The location is perfect - very close to everything and easy to walk to the open air museum and other hiking areas or viewpoints. And there’s also a supermarket and ATMs within a minute or two walking, as well as tons of restaurants and shops etc.

    The Seraphim Cave Suites is an exquisite hotel and we very much enjoyed our time here. We had a queen suite which was spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast provided was delicious as were the dinners we had at the property. I also indulged in a massage which was very relaxing. The spa area is outstanding. We highly recommend this accommodation.
