The hotel was beautiful with big rooms and lobby and aesthetically decorated. The staff was very kind and friendly. They allowed us a complimentary early check in and late checkout. Mr Sherzod the Manager was responsive and helpful. He even arranged a guide for us. Overall very comfortable and relaxing stay.

We had an absolutely perfect stay at Mercure Hotel Old Town Bukhara. Everything was 10/10 from start to finish. The welcoming was warm and professional, the staff were incredibly kind and attentive, and the room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The hotel itself is beautiful and well-maintained, and we truly appreciated that they granted us 2 extra hours for late check-out, which made our departure stress-free. The spa is another highlight with a great pool, Turkish hammam, Finnish sauna, and a relaxing area that made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bukhara. We would definitely stay here again!
