SwedenOur trip to Vietnam both started and ended at CLASSYC Hotel – and it couldn't have been a better choice. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. It's perfectly located, within walking distance to most of Hanoi’s main attractions.
The facilities are modern and well-designed, big plus for the groovy bar and a relaxing spa. But what really made our stay special was the incredible staff. We felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of every single day.
This is a place we’ll never forget. If we ever come back to Hanoi, CLASSYC will be our go-to hotel without a doubt.

Amazing staff - super friendly and ready to help with literally anything ; very polite and educated. They upgraded our room free of charge on arrival and even went the extra mile for my boyfriend’s birthday by surprising him with a chocolate fondant for breakfast and decorating our room with balloons and banners! They truly treat you like royalty with 5 star service :) very clean and spacious rooms with daily room service, comfy bed and great AC. Breakfast was also very good with wide variety. Very responsive over booking.com and Whatsapp. Would definitely stay here again - highly recommend ! They even gave us a gift at check out!
