Normally, Booking.com does me a dirty when booking places. I booked one night here and ended up staying for five. Upon my arrival I was met by staff and offered bag carrying. There is free parking out front ( snow brush and ice scraper available) or for 11 euros per night there is a garage. I had two dogs with me who slept in the vehicle, this was not an issue as all rooms are not road facing, if they had barked it would not have disturbed anyone. Just a two minute walk up the road is a trail to the river and park. Elleven minutes drive is Ordino Arcalis ski resort ( also free parking). My room had a heated floor, verypowerful shower that maintained a constant temperature always, big double bed, large TV with all apps, USB and plug sockets each side of the bed. Room has a fridge. The hotel's wifi is fast with a strong connection. Plenty of very nice towels, robes also at no additional charge ( makes a nice change). The room has a thermostat which has very little lag on bringing the temperature up or down, impressive in a large room. The cleaner is exceptionally thorough and the room was turned out beautifully every day even down to mopping the floors. The staff are totally on point, super helpful and accommodating. They arranged the veterinary appointment for my dogs travel back to UK at no extra charge also. My medical conditions ( allergies) were taken into consideration and my room allocated away from the restaurant ( note I did not eat in the restaurant so cannot comment outside of breakfast). My room had a lovelly balcony with views down the valley and of the river cascading down the rocks. The Spa: I used this twice. Once it was busy and quite noisy and another time I had the place to myself which was Bliss. The Spa was an additional fee for 90minute session. The hot stone beds being my favourite. I spent an hour on one ( there are four) listening to audio books.

Hotel hezky moderní v samém centru Andory, čisté a prostorné pokoje i koupelna. Snídaně v nejvyšším patře s výhledem na město. Snídaně byla velmi dobrá velký výběr teplého i studeného bufetu. Míchaná vajíčka, parky, zelenina a ovoce. Možnost nechat si udělat výbornou vaječnou omeletu na přání u obsluhy u teplého bufetu. Personál milý. Parkování v garáži public, hotel zajišťuje slevu při placení. Z garáže přístup přímo do hotelu. Vše značené.

I love everything about the hotel! The friendly staff, the gym, the spa, the rooms, the location, the value and the pool!

Incredible staff, lovely, modern hotel, within a short walking distance from everything you want to see in Andorra. The entire staff went out of the way to ensure we had a wonderful stay. We’ve lived in Europe for two years and this was arguably the best hotel we’ve visited. Strongly recommend.

Javier and the rest of the staff were incredibly friendly and genuinely made us feel at home. The room was beautiful, stylish, spotless and modern. We booked the private spa for €50, and it was amazing: very clean and the jacuzzi was so big it felt like a pool. The paid parking with valet service was also a great plus, making everything really easy and stress-free. We’d definitely go back and recommend Blackpine to anyone. MIM Andorra Member of Melia Collection se nachází v dobré lokalitě v destinaci Escaldes-Engordany a poskytuje pokoje s klimatizací, fitness centrum, bezplatné Wi-Fi a bar. The staff were amazing. They went out of their way to provide the best possible experience.

El Tarter THE MIRROR & SPA luxury apartments nabízí ubytování s balkonem. Naturland se nachází 30 km odtud. The apt itself is top notch. Spacious, modern, clean, functional, equipped. Nice views of the mountains.
