The property is stunning—from the elegant lobby and modern club lounge to the cozy in-room dining setup with a breathtaking city view. Every corner of the hotel is beautifully designed, and you can tell that attention to detail was a priority. The ambiance is both luxurious and welcoming. Special thanks to Mr. Andrew Jamal, the Duty Manager, who personally checked in on us when we had a concern. He was incredibly professional, helpful, and made us feel valued as guests. His approach truly turned our experience around, and we appreciate his outstanding support. We also loved the M Club, the coffee stations, and the relaxing spaces around the hotel. It was our first time staying here, and although we encountered a minor issue, the level of service and hospitality definitely makes us want to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy a classy stay in the heart of Dubai.

There was another lovely girl working alongside her, just as sweet and professional. I believe her name was also Kim, but I’m not entirely sure. In any case, I want to sincerely thank them both — you two are amazing! I’m beyond satisfied with my experience and will definitely come back here on my next trip to Dubai — even if it means going out of my way in terms of location. That’s how great this hotel is. Super ubytování! Krásné! Jsme moc spokojeni!Tomuto ubytování dáváme deset z deseti. Nádherný výhled na město. Výhled je fantastický, bydlíme v 57. patře a z našeho pokoje vidíme i Burj Khalifa. Apartmán včetně kuchyně prostorný, nový, nechybí nic. Velmi milý personál. Výborná snídaně i bazén krásný.

The check-in process was quick and seamless, and the hospitality throughout our stay was outstanding. The staff are incredibly welcoming, professional, and clearly well-trained. The hotel's décor is stunning, and the signature scent throughout the property adds an extra touch of luxury. Our room had an unbelievable view truly breathtaking. Housekeeping services were impeccable, with great attention to detail. The swimming pool area is a highlight, with multiple lifeguards ensuring a safe and relaxing environment. Breakfast was another standout experience. Special thanks to the chef and all the waitstaff for their excellent service and delicious offerings. Although I met only one member of the management team, it's clear that the entire leadership works hard behind the scenes to deliver exceptional results. If you're planning a trip to Dubai, don't think twice One&Only is the place to stay. You won’t regret it.

Thanks to him, we felt genuinely valued. Everything else food, pool, and service was excellent too.
