Athena and Sophia were amazing, so friendly and caring. I used the spa and the service was great. The room is great, good bathroom, great shower. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The AC worked well. The breakfast was amazing, a lot of options and everything was delicious. The restaurant and the bar accepts credit cards (this is important to mention since in Albania they mostly use cash). The location is also good, 15 minutes walk from the port.

The combination of great service, comfort, cleanliness, and direct access to the sea makes this hotel a real gem in Vlora.
