Most of all, kind and dedicated people in Diplomatic Hotel. Francisco, Conzalo in reception and Luiz in concierge were quite nice and supportive. Especially, supervisor Franco supported me a lot on the check-out date in relation to flight cancellation due to national strike of airport. One of the rememberable hotels in the history of my visit. Quite strongly recommendable.

We liked absolutely everything about our stay. I believe I have never given an accommodation such a high rating. The facilities are very beautiful, the garden is huge, the pool was cleaned every day, the rooms are large and comfortable. But the biggest highlight is certainly the staff. Ale and his team are very friendly and helpful people. We traveled with our 6 month-old baby and they helped us with everything: crib, helping us prepare the baby’s food (cooked according as our doctor recommended), they even picked him up so we could have breakfast. At the New Year’s party that he throws for his guests (and for an excellent price, by the way) we ate the best roast in all of Mendoza and drank great wines. Everyone had such a great time and we also, thanks to them.

I travel a lot around the world, this Hotel exceed my expectations. They went above and beyond on customer service. An example, they did a private “asado” for us on Friday, a day they usually don’t do it. Property is awesome. Breakfast is great.

Il Vecchia Terra Apart Hotel offre moderne camere con angolo cottura nel centro del quartiere alla moda di San Rafael. The room was super comfortable and had fantastic facilities. Breakfast was delicious. Above all, the staff went far and beyond by helping us get to the bus station as I'd run out of cash. They kindly offered to give us 2000 pesos we were short of.
