There is a lobby bar and a piano bar with live music. the quiet room with the stream flowing at the back of the hotel was pure joy,the spa centre was great,the massages and treatments were wonderful,breakfast and dinner buffet was satisfactory but food in the dinner menu was delicious,staff was mostly friendly and attentive,the hotel is ideal for peace and relaxation in late august!!

The property is a perfect starting point both for ski lovers and those wanting to explore the historical old town of Bansko. Excellent stay at Four Points by Sheraton! The hotel is in perfect shape, new, comfortable, all facilities work and are maintained perfectly. Small,clean rooms,functional with all needed amenities. We enjoyed the wellness center, I especially loved the sauna with a view. Breakfast buffet has plenty of options. The lobby bar serves excellent cocktails, and the Christmas ambiance gives the hotel a special charm during winter. The staff were wonderful and helpful throughout our stay! Also the location is central so you could get anywhere by foot if the weather is okay :) I would definitely recommend this hotel and come back for a future stay!

The staff were exceptionally nice. We really enjoyed the spa. 4 sauna, 1 steam, 1 ice room, indoor heated jacuzzi and pool, and same outdoor. The piano bar was also very good experience. The singers Doni and Eli were very professional and good singers and made great party.

The accommodation offers ski storage space, as well as a bar and a spa and wellness centre. The hotel features an outdoor swimming pool, sauna, nightclub and a shared kitchen. The place was super relaxing for us. Even for the short trip it was much fun. The atmosphere is amazing, but it may be not so amazing for everyone - the concept of coliving doesn't match well with 4-star service hotel. So if you are ready for self-service, exploring places and meeting new people - it's a perfect place. But if you want a traditional hotel you may be dissapionted. We liked the food - it was simple but nice, the drinks were amazing and having dinner and breakfast in the garden is priceless. Our room was perfectly clean and the main bed was super comfy. We definetely would like to come here again for a longer stay.
