Brunei Darussalam is located on the north coast of Borneo and is a unique kingdom rich in Malay culture, peace, and tranquility. All the reception desk staff and concierge are very helpful and friendly. The food is excellent. The whole facilities of this hotel and Its services are more than excellent. This is a very luxurious hotel. The 24 hour bakery is perfect. Their Cinnabons are the most delicious I ever tasted. The merchandise in the shops are very diverse and affordable. The rooms are very spacious, cleaned twice and the mini-fridge beverages are free and includes biscuits.

Great stay. Good location in the city center. Clean. Quiet. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice hotel restaurants. I loved that they have a drinking water machine with sparkling water! I'd stay here again if I were to visit Brunei again.
