From the moment we arrived, everything at Hotel X Toronto was excellent. Ben warmly welcomed us, helped with our luggage, and made a great first impression. Our room was clean, spacious, and had a stunning view. All the staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was reasonably priced with great service. The rooftop pool was a highlight, clean, well-organized, and offering a beautiful view of the CN Tower. At Roses Social, Star and Maria were fantastic, friendly, engaging, and made us feel truly welcomed. Star added a special touch that made the experience even more memorable. A big thank you to Dragan, the manager, who was professional, kind, and gave us great local tips for sightseeing. Only small note: the valet staff could be more warm and welcoming to match the rest of the team. Overall, an outstanding experience. Hotel X fully deserves a 5-star rating, we can’t wait to return!

TOCA also offers a cozy Bistro section and a private dining room, ideal for those planning special events. Very attentive staff. Room was exceptionally clean with a lot of space for two people. The Bed was unbelievably comfortable. The washroom was like having your own spa.

Guest rooms feature 2 flat-screen TVs. The staff and manager are exceptional, there was a noise issue with another guest. This was dealt with quickly and politely. The reaction of the hotel staff was very impressive. The concierges Tony and Robert were so helpful as was the doorman Michael. The hotel is located in a very area of Toronto close to nice restaurants and shopping.

Very easy to access. The place is clean, nice and comfortable. Nice quiet area and lovely decor.

He was most accommodating since our flight got delayed and waited for us to arrive without any fuss or problems.
