We stayed in the family loft and it was awesome! The staff were all friendly and helpful, accommodated to all of our questions and requests before and during our stay. Room was modern, spacious, clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Food at the restaurant was amazing! Highly recommended!

The food and drinks provided in the room were beyond exceptional! We did not even utilize the free breakfast, because there was so much food in the room when we arrived! The view was to die for, and Christine and Petra went above and beyond for us. I 100% recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the Interlaken area!

I took the panoramic delux room , with a bathtub with the view to the mountains , my stay was absolutely amazing , the staff were very helpful , and kind , the hotel is so clean, the spa was for us for an entire hour , that’s amazing . Tento hotel se nachází přímo na břehu známého jezera Blausee s křišťálově čistou modrou vodou a nabízí gurmánskou restauraci s pstruhy a dalšími lahodnými pochoutkami. We couldn't fault this place. The beds were so comfortable, the spa absolutely perfect and the dinner and breakfast two of the best meals we'd had in a long time. On top of that the staff were outstanding and couldn't do enough for us. It was raining heavily when we arrived so we were given complimentary teas before being taken to our room (as it was an outdoor route and that way we could wait until the rain had stopped). Robert and Ute on Reception and Peter in the Restaurant were amazing, though all the staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient. This place is a little slice of magical luxury and we highly recommend it as somewhere lovely to treat yourself - and it's not even that expensive by Swiss standards, considering what you get for your money. We only stayed one night but felt so well-looked after and relaxed that it felt like much longer.
